A Better question to ask is:
Is it the right time for YOU to be buying or selling? Just
because Bob bought a $900,000 house on the hill does not mean
Jill should do the same. Your financial situation is different
and specific to you and requires consideration and careful
analysis to see what is right for YOU. One of the biggest
advantages you will find when using me as a consultant is
that I will look to YOUR NEEDS FIRST. Many agents have been
known to pressure people into buying or selling more house
than they can afford and/or not looking out for the client’s
best interest. I treat every client as if he or she were a
member of my immediate family. This means that we will sit
down and discuss what your wishes and plans are in regard

lender and discuss your individual scenario with them. He
or she will know based on your income and credit what your
options are going to be. I believe everyone can participate
in the exciting adventure of real estate investing. For some
it may be an immediate goal of buying their first home and
for others it may be the long term goal of buying a 2nd, 3rd,
or 4th home. Another thought to consider is that despite the
slight fluctuations that may or may not come with the real
estate market; there are a few key concepts that are important

then renting...(Trust me…I have had over 10 years of experience
as a renter)

4. By maintaining high standards and finding the right home
for the right price and making a goal to find a home BELOW
market value, you can protect your investments from slight
fluctuations in the market…in other words investing wisely
can still pay off.
5. Building a team of people you can trust (Realtors, Lenders,
Investors) will help you achieve your short term and long
term goals
